Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any paid plan (Pro BYOK, Pro Lite, or Pro Managed) at any time — no phone calls, no retention hoops. Go to Settings → Manage / Cancel Subscription to open the billing portal, or visit your Subscription page.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. Because plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime, you're never locked into a long commitment.

We will consider a refund in cases such as:

• A duplicate or accidental charge.
• A technical fault on our side that prevented you from using the Service.
• A charge after a confirmed cancellation.

To request a refund, email privacy@unyfo.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the reason. We review every request individually and respond within 3–5 business days.

On Pro Lite (150 actions) and Pro Managed (300 actions), unused actions expire at the end of each billing month and do not carry into the next. Cancelling does not refund unused actions.

New accounts include 10 free AI actions. These have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use AI-generated features during that period you may expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully performed. Your mandatory local-law protections are unaffected by this policy.

All payments and refunds are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
