How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage / Cancel Subscription, or your Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
I paid but don’t have access.
Access usually unlocks within a minute. If it doesn’t, refresh the app once. Still stuck? Email us with your account email and we’ll fix it immediately.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Pro BYOK ($2.99) is unlimited on your own OpenAI key. Pro Lite ($5.99) includes 150 AI actions/month and Pro Managed ($7.99) includes 300 — both on our key, no setup. See Pricing.
How do I get a refund?
